    Send a GOOD QUALITY photo
    The very first thing I look for in a photo is quality.
    • PETS: Take a photo at eye level with your pet. The best angles with your pet looking directly at you, or the head slightly leaned to the side, looking past the camera.
    • PEOPLE: A photo that is quite close up and clear work best, as it is easier not to miss any key features of people's appearances. Best results with 1-2 people.
    This is especially important for the key features of appearances, such as eyes and noses. It is very important that the photo be sharp and focused. Unfortunately, It's hard to work with blurry photos.

    We aim to send out your first proof copy within 48 hours of receiving your order and complete your piece ready for despatch within 3-5 business days from receiving confirmation that you are happy with your custom artwork.
