CHANGED YOUR MIND? NO WORRIES!
We hope that you’re totally happy with your order. However, if you’ve changed your mind at all or something’s not your cup of tea, we’re happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt.
Remember, before returning items to us, we kindly ask that the items are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. Please also include the original packaging where possible.
Please ensure that you’ve packed up the items with reasonable care, so that they make it back to us safe, sound and in one piece.
Please pop in a note with your name and order number, so that we know who’s returning the items.
As a small business, we’re currently unable to offer free returns, so you’ll be responsible for paying the return postage.
Please consider using a tracked or signed for shipping service and keeping hold your proof of postage receipt for postal insurance. If we haven’t received the items back, we’re not able to refund them.
WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN?
Our returns address will be printed on the original packing slip for your ease.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE REFUND?
Once we’ve received your returned items, we’ll process them as quickly as we can, usually up to 5 working days. Please note, that for super busy times e.g. over Christmas, it might take us a little longer up to 10 working days.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method you originally paid with e.g the card that you paid with or your PayPal account. A refund can typically take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account.

I’VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM, CAN YOU HELP?
Yikes! Please pop an email across to email@example.com and we’ll get that sorted.
If we’re not able to offer a replacement, then we’ll offer a refund or exchange. We might also ask for a photo of the damaged item. Photos are useful not only for checking out the fault or the damage but also for passing across to the manufacturer.
