Where is my order?

I usually dispatch items every Monday and Thursday via Royal Mail. During busy times, public holidays or school holidays, orders may be dispatched on different days. Orders within the UK usually take 3-5 working days. International orders can (but very rarely) take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. Normally, most international orders are delivered within 2 weeks. If you need your order for a certain date, please just get in touch and I'm sure we can work something out.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Debit cards that are backed by any of the above listed cards are accepted as well. You may change your billing information at any time by accessing your account preferences.

How will my order be shipped?

Though we use a variety of shipping methods, our primary method of shipping Royal Mail. The shipping method used for each order will be determined by several factors including the weight/size of your package, the type of package, and the shipping destination.

Do you ship worldwide?

Can I cancel my order?

If your order isn't a custom order, and hasn't shipped yet, please contact and we'll do our best to help. If your order has already shipped, you can return any unwanted items to us for a refund when you've received them.

Can I edit/amend my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to amend it. Please get in touch by emailing and we’ll check. Please note that if your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we’re not able to amend it.

My order is a gift - is there any pricing info on the package?

Our packing slips don't list any pricing info. Please note, that for orders outside of the EU, customs charges may apply and the value of the items may be listed on the customs label.

How do I return an item?

We hope that you love your new stationery, but if you'd like to return some items - no worries! As a small business we're unable to offer free returns. Customers are responsible for paying for return postage. For more info, visit our returns page. Unfortunately, we cannot allow returns of custom orders.

What should I do if I've received a damaged/defective item?

Yikes! Huge apologies for this. Please email us at with a photograph and we'll do our best to help.
